National Award-Winning Event – 2022 Central Washington Tour of Homes
Hello, my name is Preston Cleaver with Maggs Construction and this is the home we built for the Tour of Homes 2022. I hope you enjoy the tour!
We were honored to receive the judges award for Outstanding Overall Exterior Appeal.
In 2022, Maggs Construction was able to participate as a builder in CWHBA’s Tour of Homes for Yakima and Kittitas Counties. It was a great opportunity to highlight one of our new construction custom homes on the tour.
Our home highlights were 10’ ceilings throughout the main floor, a custom 18’ rocked fireplace, natural wood beams and posts, a custom steam shower, hand-troweled wall texture, and an over-sized garage. Built in Yakima Washington, it has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and is a 4,800 sq. ft. home.
